A friendly atmosphere to cherish

The staff truly made my stay memorable, always willing to help and accommodating. I especially appreciated the free airport shuttle service, which made arrivals smooth and stress-free.

On the downside, I found the gym and swimming pool closed, which was disappointing after a long day. Additionally, the shower design caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor, creating a minor inconvenience.

The spacious room provided a comfortable stay, and the swimming pool offered a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The free airport shuttle was a significant convenience, especially when it operates at late hours. However, there were issues with the air conditioning, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. Also, the dining atmosphere could have been more inviting for a better overall meal experience.

The shuttle service was exceptionally punctual, and the staff's friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable. My room felt spacious and had a comfortable bed for a restful night.

Just a good pick for a couple of nights in Beirut with fantastic value for money. Malak made my stay special with her attentive service and amazing Turkish Coffee. Make sure to ask for her when you need a caffeine boost.

Room cleanliness leaves much to be desired. notably the carpets and sofas appeared worn and not properly cleaned. The shower lacks a good drainage system, leading to a consistently wet bathroom floor after use. It's also frustrating that some rooms are allocated as smoking without check-in feedback, which can leave a lingering odor. Lastly, the restaurant atmosphere is uninviting and far too chilly, making dining less enjoyable.

The staff provided attentive service, and the well-maintained pool was a nice touch. Although the basic amenities met my needs, the noise from nearby streets made restful sleep elusive. Plus, some warmth would have improved the room ambiance.

My room was very spacious and clean! The large swimming pool was perfect for unwinding after busy days, and the location was super strategic for my meetings. Plus, the hotel's proximity to a shopping mall was an unexpected bonus....
